3. Can you afford to inadvertently offend someone: a client, vendor, or your target market -- by the use of a term, word, or non-verbal communication?
4. Are you able to confirm that your personnel are fluent -- written and/or spoken -- in another language or that they have command of business or legal terminology?
5. How can you address multiple markets with multiplicity of languages?
